Hudson Valley Otolaryngology, P.C. offers comprehensive treatment for ear, nose, and throat and head and neck disorders. Our doctors are board-certified, and also have additional subspecialty fellowship training. This enables us to care for basic ENT problems, and also for complex disorders that usually can only be treated in tertiary care, academic institutions. We therefore provide a tertiary care level of service in the comfort of a community environment. Our physicians have particular experience and expertise in the management of thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroidism, head and neck cancer, endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring and sleep apnea, and ear and balance disorders.

Practice Philosophy
Hudson Valley Otolaryngology is a medical practice dedicated to providing the most advanced, sophisticated care available for disorders of the ear, nose, and throat and related areas of the head and neck. Our physicians all sub-specialize in different areas of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Their additional education and experience in these areas allows us to offer our patients a higher level of service (tertiary care), a level of service that is typically only available at university hospitals in major metropolitan areas.
We utilize cutting edge technology, and our physicians have traditionally been the first to perform new procedures in the Hudson Valley. Among these firsts were the first computer-assisted endoscopic sinus surgery, first microvascular reconstruction of a head and neck tumor defect, and the first facial nerve repair. Despite their impressive surgical skills, our physicians all share a conservative philosophy regarding surgery. Whether it is for sinusitis, hearing loss, or a thyroid nodule, at Hudson Valley Otolaryngology surgery is always the last treatment option.
We do everything possible to keep our patients out of the operating room.
